Nope about 10 ft to the left of those rough ridin' lazy cops left I saw some poor girl getting an open container ticket. Apparently RCPD still likes to eff with the student lot people.
It was KSU PD and that girl was pissed, I thought the cops were trying to flirt with her while giving her a ticket, it was weird.
It was an MIP if we are talking about the same girl, which I'm pretty sure we are. They are still somewhat harassing looking for MIPs, but I sat there and watched people walk by with alcohol out in the open all day and the cops not say a word. I sat there with Phil all day watching. After that girl walked away, I asked her friend what it was all about, they said MIP. I agree in the flirting part. She had an very awkward, uncomfortable smirk on her face the whole time. They had a guy behind the van at the same time and he still had his cup and was drinking out if it. At first we thought they got caught for a lewd act.
It's still the same cops over there as the last couple of years. The law may be the same, and cops can still harass people if they want, but it's the same ones as before and they have changed their enforcement/behavior this year compared to previous years.
