But srsly forever emma forever ago is good. I also heard this version of one of his new songs where he kind of sounded like Tom Waits but in a far less sucky way and I really rough ridin' enjoyed it.

there's a difference between hating a hipster band because they suck, and hating a hipster band due to the backlash of everyone slobbering all over them and/or overexposure

i would say 99% of hating mumford/bon iver is just because you're sick of hearing about them

Hating Mumford & Sons is basically the hating version of Mumford & Sons. Kind of amusing but mostly easy, boring, and unimaginative.
