Have to go all the way back to 2012 for a 45k non-KSU game. Below are the games at the Booth in which listed attendance was >35k since 2012 (they were pretty healthily in the mid 40ks in 2011):

I would forever 100% rather burn an entire Saturday sitting in the worst seat in a frigid November stadium to watch the cats than watch it on TV. I will never understand people who live close and stay home.

In pure "Game Watching" I enjoy the stadium over TV. Its the Driving 2 hours to get to Manhattan, dealing with traffic after the game, driving back 2 hrs to my house that makes it not worth it every weekend.

I still go to at least 1 or 2 games a year but that is my max. (Unless we start winning a metric f ton)

As a proud Kansan, I feel like something has to be done to lift our

bros out of this squalor. I could envision a scene like this in Missouri or Oklahoma but there should absolutely not be porta-potties inside football stadium in the Sunflower State.

I think Lance is a very good fit for Kansas. But like Sam Mellinger of the Star asked, does it matter? It’s just such a bad program. And it goes deeper than that. Their stadium is horrendous. Their apathy in even preparing for game day with concessions is horrible. They ran out of hot dogs 🌭 yesterday. Their bathrooms are ones you could potentially get tetanus in. They are nasty. They have porto potties as part of their restroom accommodations. Their band plays things like Sunflower Song. There’s just an entire make over needed in so many ways besides the program alone for them to improve. I just don’t see it.
