Just 15 more years until we catch them in head-to-head
The AD should be fired.
Is 100L/decade still alive?
Quote from: cfbandyman on September 28, 2020, 09:24:38 AMFun fact, if K-state wins next week and ku loses, they will officially have more program losses all time (654 vs 653)It's official now, they have more losses than us

I looked at the phog yesterday for the first time in a while, and this thread has more activity than the football board

An absolute power move would be disbanding the program with a 1 game advantage in the all time series (assuming they haven’t turn the program around by then). We’d be owned forever.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Or do we need to go higher like school president or chancellor or whatever they have over there?
in the end, EMAW will always win.

Rough calcs estimate that we will overtake them in the wins column in 5-8 years (K-State averaging 8 wins/year and KU averaging 2-3 wins/year). Obviously this could change depending upon how many Dr. Peppers Klieman brings us.
I readily admit I am a fan. Is losing fun? Nope. But it could be worse...Could be a grape for Gods sake, Or a slaver. Somebody (if not Miles) will get this turned around eventually. We have some talent, just very young and thin,
We had an overall winning record until this nightmare began. Now, we will never be over .500 again.
When are people going wake the ***** up? This university has been rotting from head down since BGL unfortunately got the chancellor position. There is no leadership. The good dr is a figure head yes man, the athletic department is an afterthought to a rudderless university. If you have something otherwise to say you better bring some facts, examples and reality to a complete abomination that everyone can witness with their own eyes.
Ain't that the truth. In a nutshell the KU culture says hoops is godly. Football is icky poo poo only fit for plebs. Its stadium merely serves as a place for people to meet up and hit the bars at halftime if not sooner. One must have football for membership in a major conference, so apparently KU has to fund some sort of attempt at a dirty, stinky game no one should really want.
When I was a kid growing up watching (and then attending) KU in the 90's, we weren't very good. We had a reputation for not being very good. We were lots better than this, but we weren't good. And that was OK. It was fun to go out to a game. It was part of the campus experience: Mt. Oread, the Campanile, Yello Sub, Glass Onion shakes, shaking newspapers during opponent intros at AFH ... hanging out with friends at Memorial and rooting for an upset, or watching the guys roll up yards against garbage noncons. Fall Saturdays in Lawrence: If that phrase doesn't evoke some goosebumpy memories and pleasant feelings for you, you're doing it wrong. We didn't have our emotions or our identity as fans tied up in whether the team won or lost or whether we were decent or awful. It was just good to be a Jayhawk.Yes, the team is historically bad. But they're not embarrassing us with scandals, criminal activity, academic misconduct or giving up on each other. They're doing their best, they're easy to root for. And they're Jayhawks, for Phog's sake. And you're going to give up on them because they're not winning? That's not what being a Jayhawk meant when I was there.
How many years was miles away from the game? KSUs new coach would have been a better option
Les Miles lost the instructions to the pooka bazooka.
Breaking news!!! Kansas fans lower the bar even further..plan on going bowling now in 2030!!!!
