Its a POS bar on the edge of campus that hasn't been refurbished in 2 decades.  It smells like stale beer and vomit inside and every surface i sticky/tacky.   Think of the Lou' if everyone inside tried to tell you it was "rustic" versus being a dive bar.

I don't know, when you take away the run down stadium, sparse groupings of fans, student ghettos, dog crap football team, and deplorable facilities, the setting is pretty ok.

Trolling possibilities aside, I really enjoy the all near unanimous feeling that Larrytown and the KU Campus is the best looking thing ever. Like they have some monopoly on what an aesthetically pleasing college town and campus looks like.
