Numbers crunched, and early indicators are that in between the time that slightly above average Clipart Guy Football Complex opened and the time that KU is saying that they're going to start work on Memorial Stadium.   That the rest of the Big 12 will have likely spent over $1.5 billion dollars on football facilities.
