It may also be worth noting that Tulane beat Nicholls St 17-42 on Saturday... Nicholls is a fine FCS school that may make noise in the playoff, but a P5 school should beat them (and South Dakota for that matter).

KU's two wins are against teams with a cumulative two wins. Both 1-7. Since the start of the 2009 season, KU has only beat 1 team in the FBS that has finished with a record better than 7-6. Northern Illinois in 2011.

Since 2009 the teams KU has beaten have a combined 103-156 record in those seasons. This includes the FCS opposition.
