I think they actually get a decent group in there to yell "Rip his rough ridin' head off" during the opening kick, however Haskell's stadium could probably handle the group that remains after the first couple series.

Baylor, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas State, and Iowa State all fielded teams that were just miserable during that time frame. The Big 12 was just awful from 2004 - 2010. We have cut a lot of dead weight and are much tougher now, though 2013 is a down year. Even a down Big 12 in 2013 is much tougher than it was in 2004.

You're still bringing up 2004 as if Prince was the coach during that year.

2006-2008 really weren't that much better. 2011 and 2012 were the best this conference has ever been. As awful as the Big 12 is this year, it is still about average in terms of overall strength. If this current Baylor roster with their results were playing for Texas or OU, they would be ranked #1 or #2.
