It's this. They aren't going to blow up 3/4 of the stadium and truck it out of Lawrence. Instead they'll tear down the only non-shitty part, the arches on the north side, and move the field that way. And they'll shave the southernmost parts of the stands at an angle to get rid of the already terrible field level seats. That's it, that's all they're going to do and it will take them six years.
