Nearly $2 million in direct institutional support and student fees as well.

In the past 25 years, KU has had 2 seasons with 9 or more wins.  We've had 13.

Helps when you play a KSU cupcake OOC (that they gave us hell about for years) and you dont' play OU or Texas in the rotation. That year, Oklahoma won the conference, and Texas was Top 15 and only lost 3 games all year.

KU did beat a decent V.Tech team in the Orange Bowl and their defense was good....then in '08, reality started creeping in before the '09 collapse.

KSU fan really needs to keep quite,, they don't know how bad they will be after Snyder retires in the next year or two. Having seasons like KU had this year was a normal thing for them for so long before Snyder.

And Mizzou doesn't know how the next coach will do after Pinkle,, so they should reserve judgment as well. The only thing they got going for them is that they have a 6 million pop state to themselves as the only P5 school and have never been able to take advantage of it.

KSU has absolutely nothing to offer other than "Well Snyder won here and we built a fancy new press box in our high school stadium!"

I mean, even under terrible coach but huge stud Ron Prince, we still won 17 games in his 3 years, but it's taken them the last 7 seasons to get 17 wins. If K-State makes even a mediocre hire, this program will be just fine. (make a home run hire? Watch the eff out world.)
