Beck never should have been arrested in the first place as the Fargo PD took the other guys buddy's word rather then actually doing their jobs and interviewing multiple witnesses and reviewing video first. At worst they all should have gotten disorderly's, but since one was a Bison football player they throw him in the clink and let the other idiots walk.

As someone who likes to exercise, I can confirm that one gets MORE fresh air when he/she runs...  That could potentially explain why he ran from the cops while completely innocent.
