Take hold of the front of your shirt, between the nipples, and pull it out really fast then let it go back. Do this rapidly for as long as it takes to cool off.

Also have you tried laying with your belly touching the cold concrete floor? After a run my dogs do this in the garage, and they keep shifting positions as the concrete they're laying on gets warm. Also stick out your tongue and breath in and out really fast, "pant." If that still doesn't work, drown your face in a bucket of water, be sure to slobber a lot.

OOO!! I forgot, you could always go to the office fridge and open it up and just stand there right in front of it, stand almost inside it. Open the freezer too while you're at it. Scope out any goodies in there you might want while you're at it.
