My favorite part of Beem's post is that a fictional facilities project that has $0 donated to it will help KU recruiting but K-State's nearly finished WSC seems to be irrelevant
KU's facilities are in the top tier, now memorial stadium does need alot of work don't get me wrong...but our football facilities are top notch
k-state's are better IMO
of course you'll say that because you're a ksu homer. and really do the athletes really care what the stadium is like? I think it's more for the fans...the athletes care more about weight room, housing... stuff like that.
Well, if I was a D1 athlete I think gameday experience would play a decent role in my decision. If I had a chance to play in front of lets say 80,000 compared to 50,000, I would take 80,000 everytime.
