Well I'm sure glad we won't be playing a "name" for our first game at Arrowhead, could have been trouble. Better to play FCS North State.

Snyder needs to schedule some real non-con opponents. I'd like to play Florida, Notre Dame, Georgia, or Michigan State. This patsy crap kills us later in the season when we have to play tough teams in the conference or for a bowl game...etc etc etc.

It's a win-win situation.... if we lose our first game, it just proves how appropriate the schedule was. If we can't beat South Dakota U., just think how ugly Florida, Notre Dame, Georgia, or Michigan State would have been...

Getting a 1AA team that just transitioned to 1A (UMass) was a total stud move. Counts as a 1A win but it's pretty much the same as playing another pud 1AA team.
