very bad at noticing my surroundings. like, hey when did we get that big plant in the living room that i sit in every single day? oh, a month ago? really? hmmmm.

Me too.  I'm constantly surprised by things that have been around for a long time.  Particularly new stores or businesses or restaurants.  Like whoa where did that come from?  We got a Chipotle?  Oh it's been there a year.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Doing dishes.  I do them 5-6 nights a week, and it should take me 15 minutes, but it always takes me 30.  I have no idea why I'm so slow at it.

Knowing the most efficient route to get somewhere. I mean, I can get there, but it will probably not be the quickest route.

Don't worry bread.  Other Peorians don't know about that Chipotle either.

Short shower

Cooking eggs.

I just get out of the shower in less than 15 minutes and my eggs always stick to the pan and look like a hideous disaster.. How do you do over easy anyway?

Being more outgoing.. I feel like I should be, but most of the time I don't feel like the small talk crap.
there's a bunch of crap that I'm not good at but I couldn't think of a single thing that I should be good at but I'm not...until you posted this. this is a perfect one for me. I'm rough ridin' terrible at small talk. I abhor it. if I'm around a bunch of people I know I can be the life of the party, but I tend to go into a shell around people I don't know well.

it's probably why I'll never meet any of you irl :embarrassed:

This is why we're such great friends. We sit next to each other at Station's bar and just do this for five hours straight as we get drunk.

Same, somewhat.  It's funny.  I am really good at small talk when I know some of someone's interests but am probs below avg with ppl I have no knowledge of.

Also, when at work, I am really good at it.  Much better than when in non-biz surroundings.

i used to have this problem until i got old and realized there was no reason i should be any more outgoing than i am.  my current problem is that my sense of balance may be deteriorating.

not drinking alcohol. I sometimes tell myself I'm not having any until some arbitrary date and inevitably I have some before that. seems like I should be able to wait longer.

Welp, add me to this list...

Golf.  Used to play a moderate amt.  Seemed like as soon as I got better at something (driver for ex) I would get worse at something else(Irons for ex).  It's like the golf universe must balance out in club suckage or something.

I can't write my name the same way on a lined piece of paper. I'd hate to see what it'd look like on a baseball.
