KCMO cops don't shoot first. That could have been an iffy situation.

I can't imagine how what she was doing would warrant any sort of police officer to draw a weapon. Clearly just a crazy person off her crazy pills.

Wasn't violent towards anyone, just wanted to roll around in the streets. Rely didn't even resist arrest.

Has anyone been to the Quiznos in downtown? I don't know why I continue to go. I think I still do because I hate myself. Today's wait was 35 minutes. Every time I go in there, there's always a long ass wait, even if there isn't a line. These ppl have to be the bottom of the barrel in the employment world and I don't know how they still have jobs. Also, the manager was giving free drinks out to their customers today for the wait, but ignored to give me one. Do I have a punchable face or something? Then, when I get back to work, the chips taste stale and I look at the expiration date and they were expired in June. They're selling expired chips for crying out loud.  :curse:

I stopped going there about 4 years ago when some old lady got super racisty and threw a giant temper tantrum because she thought they didn't weigh out enough chicken

That store is awful all around. However, it's the only thing that's close to me down there. I usually go to Cosentinos, but some times I want to be lazy and walk next door.

quiznos went bankrupt like 2 years ago.

wacky you do know that the expiration date on any food is a complete best guess by the manufacturer and in no way, shape or form is regulated by the FDA

no it's not.

Off-Broadway Cafe on 9th is very good. They have different specials every day and it's quick and cheap.
Streetside Cafe on 10th has fantastic burgers, also have specials, also quick and cheap.
Red Dragon on 8th is super cheap and fast chinese food
you could also walk to Zaina for a gyro
also there are like 8 shitty places in that food court at 11th & Baltimore that are all less shitty than quizno's

I assume you mean the one on Broadway? There are at least 2 downtown.... I only go there if I am super lazy. The new owners of the convenience shop seem to be doing better of running that part but not sure if they run the Q too....Jimmy Johns, subway, scratch bakery, sashas, Milwaukee deli, Los corrals, peanut, streetside cafe, silver spoon, Mildreds are all closer than cosentinos for a quick meal.

I'm doing the peanut tonight. I usually workout during work lunch and pick something up on my way back to work.
