I've never had a landlord that didn't require rent payments to be in check form.

Really? That's basically the exact opposite of my personal experience.

I haven't carried checks since high school. On the rare occasion I need to issue a check, I just do it online through my bank.

once they're in the car can't the just pop the trunk?

99.999% of the time they need to see something in your car to make breaking the window worth their time...walking around downtown it's insane how much crap people leave laying out in the open.

Rockfest brings out the worst in KC

I absolutely love Staind and this makes me adore them even more, pieces of crap like that should get their dicks kicked in, then cut off.

WTF is a 15 year old girl doing crowdsurfing anyway? Pretty sure it's impossible to crowdsurf and not get molested. You're being held up in the air by hundreds of hands all of your body.  :Yuck:

My wife's cousin had a thirty day countdown to Rockfest.

I felt bad because that's the biggest day of the year for him.  But he's from Ottawa, so, yeah, I get it.

my cousin tells a good story about him encouraging his bro to enter the moshpit and his bro walking back out with a compound fracture of his collar bone. they were 17 and that was their last KANSROCKSAS/ROCKFEST.

i went a couple years ago to watch trivium and then i left during Slash's set. on my way out i saw two 30's-ish age women flashing a 12-ish year old boy while his mom laughed and cheered. i mean i crap you not, i saw that happen.

I'm sorry but I'm missing the appeal. You buy a ticket so you can stand around and have access to buy beer in the west bottoms?

Oh wow! I've had beer but never standing next to this abandoned warehouse! Oh some shitty local band with 0 good songs is playing? AWESOME THIS IS SO COOL! Can I buy some overpriced pretentious food truck food? I CAN? WOW! LET ME INSTAGRAM THIS TO PROVE HOW CULTURED I AM!!!
