Not for event parking, unless you lie to them, but sometimes they figure it out.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

There is almost always street parking even on Baltimore maybe north a block at like 11th for free...no meters after 6.

I'd start on that block and work west until you didn't something....most likely you will find something within 3 blocks of Midland.
During a concert?
Yes. Easily.

Phil, you have parking you pay for. I lived in the Baltimore lofts. Walked by the Midland daily. If he parks for free within 3 blocks of there during a popular concert, I'll eat my own hand.

if you're scared of finding parking downtown (you shouldn't be), take the streetcar.  plenty of street parking close to Main in the X-roads and rivermarket.

80% of parking downtown is either reserved or paid parking. So ya, I would definitely give other areas a shot during a concert. Please see my initial post, Greg.

Don't have to feed meters after 6pm or on weekends. ...and a ton of on street parking doesn't even have meters.

I'm well aware of how it works down there, Phil. He's driving in from MHK. Concert starts at 7:30. Good luck with that.

it is though.
i'm not sure what reserved or paid parking has anything to do with Greg, since he will park for free on any street he chooses.

I mean, I know you pak down there like 5 days a week, mocat, but i'm pretty sure you have reserved parking with your work if you do. Same goes for phil and his condo, but here you are trying to tell someone who had to look for free parking down there for 4 years that they're wrong.  It gets harder with events. That's why I was telling him to save some time and park on Washington, because the amatuer show down there that goes on with out of towners isn't worth the mess.

just shell out a few bucks for garage parking.  don't make this more complicated than it needs to be

To be fair to wacky cordish doesn't abide by their own site.  If you park in their garage and they ask you where you are going and you say whatever event, they charge you event parking.
