Is Crossroads where you find all the good breweries? If so, I really like that area. :)

yep it's KC's brewery HQ.  pretty great area which will soon be gentrified as eff and i can't wait for the meltdown when that happens.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

It's already getting there.  Love the 'roads.  I visited Parlor over the weekend and it was fun.  NBA Star Ron Baker was also there.

the only thing that will prevent the gentrification meltdown is that no poor people live(d) in the crossroads, so nobody will be displaced or priced out. it was just an industrial/commercial area. maybe some small businesses will be priced out, though

they were all small privately owned businesses.  that's ending.  the future of downtown development goes through the crossroads area.

it's weird bc they have been open the longest so they should know what they're doing, and yet every beer they have tastes like water

After spending about 5yrs outside of KC I now recognize this:

KC spends more .gov money on lame construction projects than any city I have ever seen. More .gov welfare on corporate bullshit than rest of country combined probably.

Most cities dgaf
