So training doesn't start till June 9th and I'm starting to get bored at work. There's no daily agenda for me. He told me to try and get acclimated to all of their systems and read up on the product. I've been doing that since last Wednesday. What now? :runaway:

Tell your boss you are going to explore the building then drive out to ben ji's business park on your lunch break and do some fishing
 Also, I have a confession, your place of business is out there! We need to share a beer sometime soon so I can tell you how I backed out of the interview there. Short story, I drove all the way out there, my stomach went off and I needed to take a massive crap, so I called to reschedule and never did since this op came knocking. :shy:

Man...talk about crap getting in the way of things.

Wasn't this covered at all in your studies for your MBA?

No need to cold call when you only work with existing clients and they call you to reup an order and you sit back and collect the commissions on it. :gocho:

That's a pretty awesome business model, "only sell to existing customers".
We have a team for new business. I think it's a easier way to start for a n00b.
Man, that sounds totally pud.  I hope those poor bastards only doing new business at least get higher commissions then you. :)

They do, but I'm happy with how it's setup.

yeah, we haven't discussed the Deets yet, but I could do that. My quota for the year is 1.1 mill, he thinks I can crush that in 6 months just by taking orders.
