I stopped eating fast food as a new year resolution.  I thought that I would started craving it more and more as time passed.  To the contrary, I've just been finding it more and more disgusting.

this.  i had a taco bell craving long ago and went and ate it and spent the entire afternoon hungry, tired, and mad at myself for eating that slop.

I went 5 months without any fast food several years ago.  The first bite I had afterwards I thought would be great.  It was not.

I rarely eat it.  MAYBE once a while.

The way I look at it is even if poop was the most delicious thing in the world, I still wouldn't eat it because it's poop.  I'm going to be feeling pretty down in the dumps after I wolf down some poop that's for sure and those few minutes of taste bud pleasure just don't balance it out.  Good rule of thumb for you fast food fatties to apply to your own lives.  You really want to take it to the next level consider that poop wouldn't even make you fat, it's just gross.  Think about it.

You should give one of them a try. You might enjoy it.

I've tried to go cold turkey on pop a couple times and never made it past a week, I just love it so much. The past couple Weeks I've just tried to reduce my pop drinking, so instead of having 12-20 oz everyday I've only been drinking it 2 or 3 days a week, so far it's working well!

i can't imagine living a life with such addiction issues.  i'm guessing you led a very sheltered childhood and continue to have very low self esteem because of it.  the good news is that in america we have social security, so even people like yourselves can enjoy a comfortable life, for someone like yourself.

does KC have grubhub yet? holy crap it's great. I mean, not exactly a novel concept, but it's done really well.

yeah, I don't like talking on the phone (period), and it's great for ordering at Chinese restaurants, especially. And I've found a few places that I didn't realize delivered. (ex: local sushi restaurant)

I don't really do breakfast fast food, but lunch and dinner could be any of these: Chinese food from panda or Hyvee, Chipotle burrito, wendys jbc or spicy chicken, McDonalds mcchicken (I'll have to try the meister way), chick fil a chicken sandwich with chick fil a sauce

It's also great when you don't know what you want and don't have the menu right in front of you.

So did you guys quit eating all fast food, or just the greasy fried food and burger joints?

Soda was super easy cold turkey, except for the occasional rum and DP, but even that is over with too.
The only time I eat fast food now is the occasional chipotle or firehouse on the weekend. Cutting fast food out your work week is great

Regular:  Pad Burger and curly fries, North Topeka (the family related Buddy burgers were better, but Buddy's closed).
