First off even though I'm an Aggie fan I'm well aware LHC Bill Snyder is the greatest football coach to ever draw a breath. He takes a bunch of two star kids and threatens national championships. His qb almost won the Heisman but doesn't have the skill to be drafted in the nfl. What he does is frankly impossible and I don't understand it at all.

Something I also do not understand is why he doesn't recruit better, especially in state. IF he's in good  health and IF my son is good enough to be offered by KSU I'd encourage him to travel north and play for Snyder. If a simple hillbilly like myself can figure out how great Snyder is why can't the kids in Kansas?

Ignore all the jokers, Polks. The real answer is that Snyder doesn't recruit 4 and 5 stars because he only cares about making quality young men into better football players. The 4 and 5 stars are already good. Why should Snyder waste his limited time and resources on them?

Every team is some form of Aggie, maybe polks just forgot to include the prefix (coal, pig, flood etc)
