I would just change one of the stars in my giant jeagle/american flag back tat into my company logo and use the 15% raise to get AR tattoo'd on my left calf and 15 tattoo'd n my right calf to match the colt and .45 tat's on the bi's.

Well, it says that the first employee did it on his own and after they gave him a raise 40 more did it.

Since the size and placement doesn't matter, I'd probably get a small one that could be covered up later.
