He was implying that they are below him, because he loves vaginas and they love anuses.  It was 100% wrong for him to say.  If he had said he believed homosexuality was a sin and stopped, cool, let him be.  But he likened being a homosexual to some kind of freak who has sex with animals, and that's why he needs to get canned.
