This is a positive development for Team Burn it Down and K-State basketball in the long term.     :thumbsup:

We will get our answer on the future of our basketball program with the success or lack of success of oscar's 7 man 2013 recruiting class.    :bwpopcorn:

Rather than having the three successful years that oscar had at Illinois with Self's players, he is getting thrown into the fire in year two.   :runaway:

If Team BurnItDown is wrong, well we will know much sooner which will help our own sanity.    :ohno:

If Team BurnitDown is right, Angel leaving should make the process a couple years quicker and then we can hire some unproven loser that we can be blindly loyal and excited about.    :excited:

or accidentally get the right guy like Huggs again   :ksu:

I don't think burn it down was ever really a thing. It was more a strawman created by oscar supporters than anything.

One of my tucks friends sent me a text this morning that he couldn't believe that Angel was transferring. I told him that I wasn't. In a very short time on gE, I have already learned that if it is mentioned here, there is at least a 50% chance that it could happen, so I should never be surprised. Nice job Kougz.

Yes.  He's been trying really hard and it's just not working.  He had a really great run there a while back.  Now it just seems like he's throwing out generic contrary statements that he thinks will be unpopular enough to get a reaction.  Might as well be that PODL guy.
