K-State has determined:
1. No significant change in Nitrogen levels in soil over a 500 year period.
2. Higher CO2 in air actually helps certain food crops become more drought resistant.
I guess we don't need to worry about climate change then! (The oil companies are running low on talking points, but good work finding a few stragglers to trot out here.)
So the research at K-State was funded by Oil Companies?
Plus the climate hacker (who scoffs that at the notion that he is related to anything in the corporate, political anglo-sphere) released more hacked emails. Wow, just wow, what a bunch of frauds those so called "scientests" were.
Wow, just wow, at still bringing up those emails. Whatever.
I have no idea if the oil companies are funding the K-State research. Maybe. Corporations give research grants all the time. I don't really care who funded this. I actually believe that higher CO2 helps crops become more drought resistant, if that's what you say the research says. You see, I believe science. The weirdos are the ones who believe the oil company propaganda instead of the science showing higher CO2 means higher sea levels, higher temperatures, more violent storms, and unpredictable weather patterns. (But crops will be more drought resistant!)
