The above is Angel's stats relative to Jake's sophomore numbers(% difference).  Just figured a bar chart would make the comparison easier.

what was your reasoning for leaving off points and/or shots taken?

Don't need a any chart to tell me that Jake as soph wasn't even a top 20 conf player. Angel was top 7, and was top 3 the final 2/3 part of conf play.

The FTr is surprising, I guess Jake was sharing the backcourt with Denis giving him less opportunities. Jake's FTr had to balloon his junior year.

I don't think Jake was that good as a soph.   43.7 eFG and 28% 3pt, 2.8 ast. in Big 12 games according to what that bio said.   He also ave 2.9 TOs per game in league play and really hadnt become that very good defender we saw as a junior.    So IMO, i feel that he was not 1 of the best 20 players in the Big 12 that year, and i think Angel as a soph was a lot better than Jake as a soph

He really hadnt become that very good defender we saw as a junior.

by the end of his soph. year, he had become an outstanding on-ball defender.
