Steve Dave, are there any minorities

I'm glad you asked michigancat. It is a good opening to another story I have. You see, a thing that people do in NE because they are stupid Nebraskans is immediately tell their new neighbors which NU football players live in their neighborhood. Our neighborhood has Tommie Frazier and a guy named Lawrence Pete who I'm told played in the NFL for a bit. BOTH CONFIRMED MINORITIES (googled the second guy to confirm).

i know you hate me sd, but can i come meet tommie frazier... he's a childhood hero of mine

garage door thing is the bicycle chain one _33. I forgot to ask about it before I saw it. it seems good!

Chain is ok, I would have gone belt for the noise factor but to each his own.  Chamberlain?  MyQ technology?  Battery backup? Does the light turn on automatically when you go into the garage?  NEED SOME DEETS. (details)

Have read about a blue tooth thingy that will let your smartphone be a keypad for your garage door.

You should get that.

true story about my garage door keypad: I'm at about a 5 last night. go out to change the keypad from the builder's 1-2-3-4 code which WTF my luggage code etc. Anyway, I manage to change it from that to some mystery code which is not the one I wanted to. Now it's programmed to mys-code and completely useless to me. WHAT NOW?

Manual will tell you how to sober that up to factory settings.

Or, Just call your builder and claim warranty issue or something.

When we moved into our house a relative came over to be there when the cable guy shows up while we were moving from the old place.  I get there and this person is like "um hey did you know there's a black family just a few houses down?"  I'm like, uh, yes, so?  "Oh, well I just wanted you to know."  "Hey, you live next door to a black family, and caddy corner to another.  The first one used to baby sit us sometimes, and the second will have a member in my sister's wedding!"  "Oh um oh, uh, well I just wanted you to know."  :sdeek: :sdeek:

finally got sod and landscaping put in yesterday! sprinklers are set to go off 4 times a day  :sdeek: supposed to let it get super jungly before I mow it. I need mowing protips. I haven't mowed a yard since highschool. I had people at the old place but am going to hayseed it and tackle this chore myself. bought this to do it:

the most beginner'est of pro-tips as well as high level ones are all appreciated

like elite crayon colorers, mow the outside edges first, then mow the body at a 45 degree angle, SD. yard will look elite.

YES! my two pairs ago Mizunos (newest pair are indoor treadmill Mizunos, older pair are outdoor Mizunos, third oldest are mowing/gross chore Mizunos). No to bandana.
