Mr. Streb had a rough final round on Sunday shooting a +4, 72 finishing t28, banking $38,646.66 and 39 FedExCup points.
On Monday he attempted to qualify for the US Open but finished one shot outside the cut line.
This week he's playing in Memphis, TN at the FedEx St. Jude Classic. He finished t39 in the tournament last year.
Since he did not make it into the US Open, there is a chance Streb will play in the Watson Challenge being held at Loch Lloyd Country Club on June 13-15th. Tom Watson started this tournament years ago to find the best golfer in Kansas City. If you're interested in attending, here's the info
http://www.kansascitygolfer.org/thewatsonchallenge/overview/I've caddied a few times in the tournament, there's some great golf being played, and there should be several KSU'ers competing for the $10k first place prize. And, it's always fun to watch Mr. Watson play. Cats.
