was pretty pak'd last night (look at me) but i didnt really put this into perspective like i should have.

we totally ripped baptist aggie's heart out and that feels good because:

a) eff scott drew

b) doesnt make up for football but its a rough ridin' good start

c) we deserve good things

I have watched the replay at least ten times and i cant contain all the smiles. and not a single eff was given

I love knowing that Tay is somewhere behind the pile coolly mocking the students.

mcgruder is underneath the pile trying to kick his teammates off him, enraged at their outward show of emotion.

Great post.

It's also super cute how each players respective personalities are perfectly encapsulated in their celebration styles!

I mean, I know it's not likely, but if Tech finds a way to Voskuil KU, we could be cutting nets down on Tuesday.

That's less than not likely, that just isn't gonna happen. But how nice would it be to somehow beat the Pokes Saturday afternoon and then just sit back to see if KU gets a share* of the title?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

I was on a bus watching the painfully slow gamecast feed with a few other EMAWs. When it refreshed to show Baylor had the ball with 8 seconds, there was fear. When it refreshed to show that we had called timeout with the ball and one second left, there was hope. When it refreshed to show 64-61, there was pure joy! :D
:adios:

That was me at dinner with friends last night.  Kept staring at the phone, ignoring all the non-emawers.

Agree with post from above about beating Baylor.............didn't really dawn on me until late last night.  We ripped their rough ridin' hearts out.  Nowhere near what they did to us......but still feels great.  Enjoy the NIT losers.

When your plan is for your awkward freshman to make an athletic and composed play, your plan is crap.

when your plan is to rush the court on a not top 10 team just because everyone else is doing it, your plan is crap. might as well do a harlem shake while you're at it, since it's not rough ridin' old already.

Pretty sure they were doing a harlem shake when the coverage came back from commercial at some point in the 2nd half.

When Rod's shot at Colorado didn't get off in time to win the game, we responded by beating KU. Hopefully Baylor's experience last night will lead to similar results.

Walk-ons should not be allowed to celebrate with everyone on plays like that. It ruins a really good photo op.

So Will is not in the picture? What the hell was he doing? does he want us to lose?

Are you going to say the same for DJamer, Orris, and Lawrence (even though he is following slowly?)

Shannon grabbed him by the shoulder and said, "No, son. We do not encourage treason by celebrating it."
