Embarrassed by the performance as of lately.

Yes, I am embarrassed by this team performance over the last few weeks. Now... hold your horses for a second... The reason? Simple... we are underachieving. We have some of the best talent in the nation, and yet we are not performing. We lose to good teams- no bueno for NCAA time. We barely win against week opponents in the Big 12 - granted a W is a W not matter the margin of victory.

Why am I being so harsh on the team? BECAUSE WE HAVE TALENT!!!!

I know... I know... you are about to complaint about coach Drew being the best coach in decades. Do you want me to be honest with you? YOUR ARE RIGHT!!! By Baylor the means, I am not saying let's fire coach D right away. Scott Drew has raised the bar for Baylor BB. However, it is time, as fans, alumni, and students to ask for more. Why settle for Elite 8 appearances? Let’s follow the lead of the Lady Bears. Let’s demand a national championship from Coach Drew. Why? Because we have NC caliber team.

Anyways... call me crazy, but I want to see my Alma Matter succeed BOTH academically and athletically. And as of the last few weeks, I have been embarrassed by this team’s performance. Maybe Kim Mulkey or Art Brilles can give some pointers to coach Drew to get his player grow a pair. It is a different story if we lose and fail swinging. But it is a different story when we give up on the first half. It is just sad.

PS:I couldn’t be more proud of the football team and the Lady Bears. I see another National Championship in no so distant future – like around early April.

Why is Baylor in the Big-12? They would be a perfect fit for the sunbelt conference.

Do we really have as much talent as a program like KU? They have guys sit on the bench one year and are POY the next year. Or, is it just that we have the wrong talent and wrong chemistry? It just doesn't seem like putting all the chips on a post player or scoring point guard is a good strategy. Why not get ball handler/defenders at PG, get rebounders/defenders for big men, and focus on getting scorers at the 2,3, and 4 positions, with an emphasis on the 3 man.

Seems to be a problem of spirit. I suspect...but have no proof so please don't start rumors...that a player or two is causing this. I just can't imagine who it would be though. Maybe I am completely wrong.

Constant mitigation of mediocre coaching, don't blame the players talking points, and the end all be all comparison to WBB.  Yeah its pretty tuckish.

You claim you are a Baylor Bear but as soon as we lose a close game that could had went either way you start to troll and make dumb remarks. Baylor played a damn good game the fans where the best all season. THE SEASON IS NOT OVER. We still have Texas, Kansas and the Big12 Tourney to boost our RPI. So fake Baylor fans please be gone. Baylor Fan till the end.

"It was a great game and a terrible ending for the Baylor Bears," coach Scott Drew said. "With one second, it's hard not to try to win the game. Jacob has done a great job of making that pass. Isaiah has come down with it, Cory has come down with it, Quincy Acy has come down with it. So it would be tough not to try it from underneath out of bounds. ... The plan was for (Isaiah) to catch it and lay it in, and we storm the court."
