vegas was built for bachelor parties.  I can't imagine the kind of person who doesn't want to go to vegas for a bachelor party.  btw, spearmint rhino >>>>> sapphire.
New Orleans was built for them as well

new orleans has its own rich history.  las vegas literally exists as a place for americans to go do reckless stupid crap and then come back home.

One could argue that thousands or millions of Americans did reckless stupid crap in rebuilding New Orleans after Katrina , but that doesn't have anything to do with this thread.

That's a really bad argument. New Orleans is a very important port that is absolutely critical to midwest grain exports.

My bachelor party is in a little more than 24 hours. Just found out yesterday my plane ticket is to Seattle. I am not entirely positive we will be staying there  :ohno:

A severe weather alert was issued a day or two back when the temperatures got up in the high 80s and low 90s.

It's my understanding that I will have zero input on what we actually do, but if they try and mess with Merica, you better believe I will call my friend in Homeland Security and right the ship.

a bunch of the same people used to get together and do the 4th together. it got to a point where people were lighting off fireworks in bars, shooting them at cars, and generally on the verge of getting arrested. nobody wanted to host those get togethers after that. combining the 4th with a bachelor party will only take it up a notch. definitely scared for my life.

Alright, guys, I've got some good news: no arrests! Several people fell in love with a stripper, though. Flew into Seattle on the 3rd, was greeted by about 8 people. Drinking. The 4th, got on a bus and went to Portland (built in nap time), go to Deschutes Brewery, am surprised by 7 other people who came into Portland. Drank a beer that used mussel brine in the brewing process and several others.

Was told that I would have to wear this for the rest of the weekend...

Then unspeakable things.

The next day, a pedal tour of several draft houses around the town, on this...

The entire time we played the soundtrack to Space Jam. Also we bought a keg at rogue while on the bike...

(pedal lounge tour guide, no need for pak head)

Then USMNT team game with American Outlaws of Portland, followed by more unspeakable things that I don't really remember anyway.

Also forgot to mention that we had rented two tandem bicycles and were riding these around like it was our job much of the weekend. Did some tourist stuff like this...

Then on Saturday we decided we should probably drink that keg, so we did this...

Some other highlights...

Random guy hitting on my friend: "Boy you look tough. You look like a guy who would punch me in the face after I sucked your dick."

Friend: "You are creepy, and I don't want to know you."

*guy walks off.

Also ate a ton of good food including Pok Pok, Tasty 'n' Sons, Ecola Seafoods Restaurant & Market, and Taco Bell. One of the best trips I've ever been on. Would recommend.

I think what my friend Mitch is trying to say is that true love is blind.

You know what I did on my bachelor party? I watched the C@s defeat the Bruins of UCLA followed by about 12 more hours of college football with a keg and some bros. It was simple and glorious. Saturdays in the fall, Rick Moranis couldn't slap the smile off my face.
When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.

Find a good spot downtown, I'd suggest staying at the Warwick.

Depending on how you want to approach it, nothing but bros partying, touresty, baseball game, etc. Everything will be within walking distance/short cab ride, including all of the best bars/clubs/strip clubs.

You could even copy asava's crew one day and do this downtown.

A Saturday morning/afternoon trip over to Breck wouldn't be bad if you're into that crap. Or you could stay downtown and rage the whole weekend. Good Brunch/bottomless mimosa's all over downtown/the Highlands as well.

The micro-brew tour was pretty entertaining.

We'd talked about this. A lot of beer connoisseurs in the group.

Also helpful. Thanks gE!  :D

It will be a group of about 12 and half of them are. May be one of those "when in Rome" situations for everyone else  :dunno:
