MrsDMartin lost her's last week.  Luckily it was a happy ending.  But that moment of panic though........

One time in high school I lost my wallet and then my dad ran it over with the lawn mower.

Not sure shame or stud, but was the last couple to leave the box seats at the Blackhawks game tonight and decided the 90% of a bottle of Bulleit Rye would be much more comfortable at home with me than probably disposed of at the arena.

The shame is in being a blackhawks fan as you've certainly only been one for the last six or so years.

Yesterday I figured out that a route I take about once per month is about twice as long as a shorter route that I just discovered.

LOL, I would make a joke about women and directions but I'll pass. Not a shame at all but outside of the chrome browser and my podcast app, google maps is my most used app. I use it daily for all kinds of random crap.

I got back to my house at about 2:30 Sunday after a long night of paking and decided I wanted a fine meal of mac and cheese. Boxed stuff, since I didn't want to put in the time and effort for homemade.  Shockingly I fell asleep on my couch while waiting for the water to boil.  I woke up like an hour later and not only was all the water boiled away but the non stick coating of the pot was burned off too.  So there I was at about 3:30 in the morning standing out in my yard with the front and back doors of my house wide open waiting for the hopefully not too toxic fumes to air out.

i think it's okay to root for a team of the place you live if you're a transplant.  especially if the place you moved from doesn't have a team in that particular league.
