My prediction is that it is Abraham. They really upped his screen time this season

All they really accomplished was a 1.5 hr long intro to Neagan.

Next season should be fun.  Rick's entire group will have 0 confidence and are now slaves to Negan.  Morgan and Carol met the weird group of Knights, who I think will end up saving the group but it may not be until this time next season.  Negan's character is amazing.

I felt like when he was about to kill whoever it was he was standing in between Carl and Rick. Which would be Aaron or Sasha. I thought I saw him nod to his right when he mentioned feeding Carl's good eye to Rick. On Talking Dead Kirkman admitted there were hints as to who actually got it if you look for them.

I agree that the negative response to this episode is overblown. The show runners are experts at keeping us on the edge or our seats. The whole episode was intense and Neegan was terrifying. I'm just crossing my fingers it wasn't Darryl. He just got a new show on AMC. . .a reality show about him riding around the country on motorcycles. Hopefully that isn't a sign that his acting time has freed up a bit.

I have a feeling it is Daryl for that exact reason.

Neagan was terrifying and they did a good job of building up the saviors with each encounter.  However, the interviews and build up to that episode really raised the expectation that a lot would happen, yet all they did was introduce Neagan.

The Daryl motorcycle show means nothing, I believe I read that he filmed the whole season in a month and a half. That wouldn't be long enough time to dictate him leaving the show

It's Eugene.  He had his couple of moments in the episode building up his character, and he gave Rick the instructions for how to make bullets - there's no character arc left for him.

I thought the lead up to Negan was pretty solid.  My only issue is that "who got the beating" is a pretty easy cliffhanger.  I would hope they would be a bit more creative.  Weird seeing Jeffrey Dean Morgan so skinny too.  Good for him but I pictured Negan as bigger.

This makes sense too.  Damn. Maybe we are applying too much reason to a zombie show

Seemed like the group got a lot stupider this season which was disappointing.  I don't care how confident they got, running around on their own and putting themselves in danger is bad practice.  If you think this group is after you, I would imagine the better route would be to prepare to defend Alexandria.  Don't spend a season telling me how much smarter/more capable the Alexandria crowd is becoming and then follow it with dumbassedness from the main group.

All of that said, one of the more entertaining seasons.  Just becoming a bit more of a popcorn show and less of a thinker.

Entertaining IMO, but nothing must see.  It is probably what you think it is so if you haven't yet, don't bother.

OK guys!  TWD is about a month from starting back up.  Who do you think met their demise at the wire covered, barrel end of Lucille?  My theory is it's one of either Glenn, Michonne, Rosita, or Daryl.  Why, you ask?  If you remember, there were several instances  in the last episode where the camera is looking out from a dark room through some cracks as if looking through someone's eyes.  We later find out that dark room is a van that is transporting the four characters listed above.  The death seen is also shot in POV.  I think it is same person as in the van.  I don't think they will kill Glenn or Michonne just yet so that leaves Daryl or Rosita.  I'm just not sure which one it is.  I think I will go with Rosita.  With her and Abe on the outs, she has become expendable in the story line but she is a strong enough character that it will elicit enough emotion for the group to want vengeance.

I think it's Eugene TBH...his story is done and not alot left for them to grow his character.
