Do not want Arkansas.

They're off this year.  Got swept by Nebraska.

Don't care. They have talent and experience. There are many other pud 2 seeds we could get.

how do they choose who goes where? Do they take the worst 1 vs the best 2 the best 1 vs the worst 2 etc?

I am not 100% sure, but I think it is heavily weighted on geography.  They really try to keep teams close to their home.  If we are a host and Arkansas is not, I would be pretty certain that they will come here.  I don't see anywhere close for them to go other than other SEC schools sites, and they won't go to those.  Louisville is a possibility, I guess.

Kinda OT here but I never really realized how much of an outlier Arkansas is in the SEC. They are closer to more Big 12 schools than SEC schools I feel like.

My suggested baseball facility improvements:

1.  Increase permanent seating capacity by 1000-1200 seats.

2.  Build a new baseball facility on to the North end of Brandenberry, two stories with administrative level on top replete with balcony the looks into TFS, all new day-to-day players dressing room below, weightroom, sports medicine and batting cages on the first floor and the ability to walk from the cages into the indoor workout facility.   Only the game day clubhouse remains in TFS with the rest turned over to fan accommodations.

3.  New scoreboard/videoboard.

Like the ideas Dax. Although unless we consistently are contending for the Big 12 and hosting regionals I don't think we need an extra 1000 seats.

You know, the one thing I like best about my facilities ideas is knowing I can spend other peoples money like there's no tomorrow.

You mean the physical location of Fayetteville?  Now that we see the awesomeness of round robin, a 10 team league with the big 8 - ISU + UT, ATM and Ark would of been Nirvana

Tournament is not until tomorrow. I'm guessing they moved it back a day because Moore is less now.

Yeah. Texas State has a jumbotron for instant replay at their field. I mean, it's technically the old jumbotron from the football field that got replaced, but still. Not having instant replay means the fans lose out on prime booing opportunities and umpire PI'ing.

Seating capacity should probably be 3,500ish too. And the speaker system needs a massive overhaul. You basically can't hear crap if you're not sitting directly under the overhang.

Unnecessary to delay yesterday and not take advantage of the weather. OU/Baylor hasn't even started yet

None of the other Big 12 Schools want to get battled rapped by Brad's #boozecats.  They are scared to death.

Rich Hills, OU's volunteer 1st base coach after the game walks over to us and says, "I'll snatch the rough ridin' life out of you"

Can confirm this, 'pak behind first base was firing on all cylinders Friday Night.  Guys brought Hills wife and kids into things, it got a little ugly.

That was me. I've had worse said to me at sporting events. The threat was specifically directed at me, and I'm probably going back for more this evening. Now that I know I'm in his head, I am going to break him.

I still can't believe that cow called me fat. Regardless, there is apparently police at the game to protect us fr a death threat and the Athletic Department won't let us stand anymore and are highly monitoring any heckling. In short, eff You Jon Currie

So you were the one yelling at that couple with me?

The winner of each pool advances to the championship game.
In the event of a tie atop a pool, head-to-head pool play results determines tiebreaker.
If unable to break tie, highest/best seeded team among tied teams advances.
Seeds 1-4 will be the home teams on Thursday. Seeds 5-8 will be the home teams on Friday. A coin flip will determine Saturday’s home teams. The home team in
the championship finale will be the undefeated team. If team records are tied, the home designation will go to the higher-seeded team.

OU just beat Tech, they're 2-0 in the tourny. We need to beat baylor today or else we have to defeat OU twice correct?

Just have to beat OU once. It's pool play and we would hold the tie breaker over them.
