The whole "KU is in our heads and makes us look ridiculous and soft every year in Lawrence" thing aside, K-State is still one of the best shooting teams in the league. 38.9% on 3s (1st Big 12) and 48.2% on 2s (2nd in the Big 12) in 11 games is significant. Plus best in the league at not turning over the ball.

The thing that has to be better is defense. We're giving up over 1.0 PPP and allowing teams to shoot nearly 50%. Those are problems.

when i read posts like this, it just confirms the idea that everything about oscar's system is a cancer.

True, I'm pretty sure having one of the bests offenses in the league will hurt us in the long run. Just like Prince owning Texas.

Yes, a good team, but we have played 6 games against sweet 16ish type teams (for now counting OSU in that group) and won only 2 of them (3 of the losses were complete blowouts).  This team is properly ranked in the 20ish range imho.

Well this thread is silly, KSU does not suck.  They just ran into a buzzsaw yesterday.  Wrong place and wrong time.  Still alive for a conference title and if matchups fall right they could certainly make a run in the tourney.
