The question becomes will you give a crap one week later.  If you had a cookie at the Bram?  No, give it to the kid.  That you have a foul ball?  I hope you don't still care, give it to the kid.  Homerun ball?  Judgment call.  I would give it to the kid.  Unless its a milestone, a week later you just have a baseball.

Yeah that's pretty low. Cheerleaders should know better, I wonder if they're instructed to not just give the cookies to little kids, but even still, yucky behavior that is not worthy of Kansas State University.

Related question: If there's a foul ball at a baseball game (I've never caught one at a MLB game) and I get it and there's a little kid in an adjoining row, I'm not obligated to give him the ball right?

No, and nor should you. That little kid can get off his ass and catch his own foul ball if he wants one.
