Buffalo Bob's was a pretty good place, ate there a few times. I believe it's still there...if so, it's a good reason to stop in Lawrence.

no. buffalo bob's is horrible. just horrible. there used to be a place called vermont st bbq that was good but it's no longer there. i personally would skip bbq in lawrence. just like mhk, it's all crap. eat at free state maybe-it's pretty fun/good if you've never been. if you want good mex/latin food- la parilla. for thai-zen zero. chicken schwarma at alladins is good and last i knew it was byob w/ no corking fee or anything. pizza- papa kenos. all on mass st and all within a few blocks of each other.

Probably not going to make the trip. All the :kstategrad:s are buying up the tickets and they are still $140 at the cheapest. Rather than go endure the stench of piss for that price, I will pak with my EMAW friends in MHK and skip the bad BBQ.
