The poll in thread said that most voters thought they went for the “Pakistani Drill Press.” I had to look it up.

I'm going to be in SF soon. Can I wear flip flops there, or too risky with the needles and sidewalk shits?
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

@michigancat does San Fran have a Chiefs bar? I have Napa/San Fran this week with Mrs Wacky. Everyone leaves Sunday and we’re going to rock out in downtown.

Yes, thank you!  We will be out there for the Chiefs game the following weekend, and looks like that group will have a nice tailgate.

It's totally fine but pretty quiet at night and I imagine most of the time after the pandemic. I'd probably do union square instead

I'd consider that Union Square but it's basically the border.

Is the Salesforce building in the Financial District? Because I took a very brief and brisk stroll there every time I stayed at the Palace (of which there were many).

Weird. I guess when you pass the third dispensary during that brief stroll it ceases to be the Financial District?

Are you familiar with the concept of borders?

No. I'm a known open-borders person.

I hedged, I said it's what I would "consider" Union Square. Like, Westfield City Center Mall is very much Union Square (in almost everyone's book) but is "SOMA" on google maps.

I'm sorry, but if I can walk fewer than 5 minutes to get to the heart of the Financial District, then that hotel is in the Financial District.

Also, the Financial District kinda blows, although there is a pretty cool neighborhood pub and also a Walgreens you can probs rob with impunity, Wackster.

Salesforce Tower isn't the heart of the financial district

would you see the same about a place 5 minutes from the tenderloin? no, you wouldn't
