I'm not surprised by your take, but I did spend a significant amount of time in S.F. this summer, and it was sad to see the number of boarded up businesses in prime locations.
I have a commercial kitchen in my basement. The sinks, plumbing, and other requirements are no joke even in a much more business friendly place.
