I liked the part where they didn't think it was right to say "piece of crap" but "rag head" was ok.

I'm sure this was addressed in their version of the Bible somewhere.

My sister shared this a few months ago

I had to clown her, but at least she learned the lesson that basically every single thing shared on facebook is total bullshit.

O man, when I was an intern at Westar about 4 years ago I worked with a guy who thought exactly like this, and got an email basically saying this exact same stuff as the post above. I told him "It's on the rim, here look" and showed him the US Mint site that had all the details and pictures of the coin and of course one with the "In God We Trust" on the rim. He sees it and says "You can't trust that, that's a government website." I wish I had one in my pocket and thrown it at his dumb face and say "Do you see it now?" Can't make this crap up.

FR_dad used to be on a quixotic one-man quest to normalize circulation of the sacajawea dollar or whatever the last one was. He loved those damn things.

This thread has really gotten of track. All my conservative "friends" have been pretty quiet lately. They're probably saving up for a new wave of Benghazi memes starting today.

Fun fact: the number four hashtag associated with tweets related to Afghanistan the last week of April was #tcot.

I had to look it up, too. I barf-laughed.

i love that.  imagine how great it'd feel to walk around with a pocket filled with hundreds of dollars of metal disks.  fantastic.
