A cable network in Hollywood called my man requesting a television interview for some crime or cold case show or something.

They requested his vaccination status. He responded with the only sane answer there is which is that he did not share private medical information.

They told him they couldn’t do the interview. "OK," he replied.

The producer called a couple weeks later. "California laws require vaccination."

He properly informed him that he would not be subject to California laws when they filmed in our non-California state.

Hollywood types are among those that think everyone will clamor at the chance to be on TV. The producer indicated they wouldn’t be able to do the show … which was no skin off my man. "OK," he replied.

A few weeks later, they called him back to confirm he would be at his shoot, pretending the earlier conversation had disappeared into the nether regions of a Hollywood star's brain.

"OK," he responded.

When he was being checked in, the manager or whatever title the minion was given, told him he needed to wear a mask and handed him one.

"OK," he responded. He sat where he was told, putting the mask on the table next to him.

She came over a few minutes later. "Sir, I’m going to need you to put the mask on."

"OK," he responded. The mask stayed put. Off his face.

Another iteration of this comical exchange occurred before he was called in. After a couple hours of filming, during which no masks were injured, the producer told everyone to grab some lunch and take a break.

It was at this time the minion’s mental state was revealed to everyone except her when she was overheard speaking with the producer, agitated and irate, "I keep telling him to put his mask on, and he keeps saying "OK" ... but THEN ... he doesn’t do it!"

Apparently the producer told her that he was an excellent interview and to leave him alone.

Which is to say a few things. One of which is to not complain. Just destroy from within.

Ha ha I'm both recruiting and job searching and also get a lot of industry news there.

Forgot to mention that this post was liked by a guy I used to do business with, and the co-owner/CEO of the company he worked with died of Covid!!!!

Edit: although Garth was drafted by the Yankees, he never played a major league game with the organization.
