Color me surprised...
do they mean the interchange around the 12th Street Entrance or the northeast part of Ogden??
There will be an interchange at Walnut Street (near the concrete plant). The new roadway will cut out across the fields north of the cracker box condos and rejoin existing 18 near 70.
The 12th street bridge is part of the project that they are building right now (which includes the river bridge). Should be done before too terribly long I believe.
