Cooper projected at No. 48 to the Jags in the Athletic's 2-round mock draft today.

He and Sinnott are both listed as top 5 players at their positions by Kiper (no mock draft from him yet).

Just flipped through channels and saw the Commanders - Bengals game, and who did Washington have on kick return duty?  Byron Pringle.  He didn't get very far downfield on punt I saw.

I kinda expect Beebe to be a 1st rounder, and Sinnott probably 3rd?

Beebe plays guard, right?

He's IOL, you don't draft interior lineman in the first round.

FWIW, the Athletic's guru had 4(!) college OTs projected to move inside in his first round mock draft as well as a center. He had another college LT projected to move inside (KU's guy) slotted a couple of picks before Beebe.

So, in one sense, you could say that Beebe was his top projected college guard. Or, you could say he was the sixth.

Are you seeing any KT's name circulating on the draft boards in the later rounds? I think he'd be a serviceable guard in the league.

Agreed, he'd be a possible great late round pick up

What I see when folks are discussing Beebe's draft stock seems to be that his strengths are more geared towards power run schemes than the other guards, despite the fact that he grades out better than any other guard over the last two years in terms of performance metrics against college competition.  He seems to at least be perceived as being less mobile/agile and the concern is he may not be able to hold up against elite pass rushes or have his way bullying them around.

I know nothing about evaluating lineman in general, hope he goes somewhere that knows what he can bring and intends to use him right away.

Most of the "gurus" haven't gotten too deep in the rankings quite yet - would guess that'll happen after the Senior Bowl, combine, etc. But, haven't seen anything on any other players besides Beebe & Sinnott so far. Having said that, at this point last year, very little was out there on Brents (at least among "gurus") and he ended up being a second rounder.

Beebe & Sinnott are playing in the Senior Bowl and KT's playing in the Shrine Bowl - not sure anyone else is doing the all-star game circuit.

Best guess is Duke has an outside chance at being drafted and that he, KT, Duffie and Green (pending injury recovery) are in the mix for free agent contracts. Maybe Plattner too - no idea on long snappers.

Yeah, even his dad said they don't expect him to be drafted in the first round.

Looks like Sinnott is our line representative at the senior bowl. I assume Beebe is skipping. I imagine we’ll have some other guys at similar, lower profile events/bowls.

His advisors basically said he has nothing left to prove and it wasn't worth the injury risk to play. If they're right, that probably means they feel very confident about him being a second rounder.

Duke is playing in the Shrine Bowl... and just crashed inside on a 3rd and short to give up a long TD run
