Did Malik participate in the combine? I kind of expected him to be a 6th/7th round guy

people were saying he wasn't there, probs training in florida

Before the Kickoff rules were changed he might have been draftable because of his return ability, but he doesn't have much value as a pure WR.  Never been a burner and wasn't exactly a sure handed receiver. Has some size though....

McShay's latest two-round mock draft has Felix at No. 31 to the Chiefs and Brents to the Colts at No. 35.

McShay's latest two-round mock draft has Felix at No. 31 to the Chiefs and Brents to the Colts at No. 35.

Now he has Brents going to the Bengals at #28 and Felix at #36 to the Rams.

28.  McShay's pick: Julius Brents, CB, Kansas State

I'm guessing this will be a bit of a surprise, but I love this dude's tape. And I just moved Brents up to No. 27 overall on my board. He is tall and long, and he can smother receivers in press coverage. The Bengals really need some help in that area.

35.  McShay's pick: Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DE, Kansas State

The Rams didn't have a first-round pick, so their draft begins here with a speed rusher off the edge. Los Angeles has needs all over the place, but the lack of support for Aaron Donald in the front seven is pretty concerning. Anudike-Uzomah should provide immediate help.

Speaking of which, if Will Levis is going to get drafted where he's projected, Will Howard might be in the running as a top 5 draft pick next year.

McShay's final top 350 rankings:

32. Felix
44. Brents
191. Deuce
226. Knowles
257. Boye-Doe

Martinez was not in the top 350, but was his No. 22 QB.

Most boards had him in the top 15 of RB prospects and that would be good for 6th round or better in the last two drafts.  Kendre Miller from TCU  is the only selection so far that’s been out of whack with the models.  I think the chiefs would take him at 178 in the 6th but I don’t think he will make it quite that far.
