When #4 goes in the game, the whole game completely changes.



I think he’s like playing a team with an outstanding fullback and a big back.  He wore our defense down, there’s no doubt in my mind.



We were concerned about their speed at receiver.  Didn’t know how effectively K-State could get the ball to those guys though.  But man oh man, #4, we were very concerned about him.  We saw way too much of him today.

For whatever reason, someone on the staff is absolutely in love with Waters passing ability and doesn't think Daniel is a consistent enough passer to be a Big 12 QB.  I think that's bullshit, given that Collin Klein was pretty alright for us, but I guess they thought Collin's accuracy made up for his throwing issues.

Personally, I think that unless we have an NFL caliber QB on our roster, we should be a running qb offense, but I'm also incredibly biased towards Sams.

I just think it's weird that Bill is always apologizing for not having Sams on the field more, but it's incredibly clear that Jake is the guy, and will continue to be the guy.  I just don't think Bill is the reason Jake is the #1.

It is befuddling that we return almost all the parts on a very effective offense based on a running QB and then proceed to waste the first month of the season screwing around with the pure pocket passer to the detriment of said returning parts while a guy that has already proven he can succeed in at least one phase watches it from the sideline.

No doubt.  And I like that!

But he wasn't confused about anything.  He just made an honest mistake.  I doubt he sits down and rewatches the film or anything after the game and before the coach's show.
