2013 QB Competition: Sams vs. Waters

The thing i don't get about #life is that LHCBS seems to love him. Let's him talk on all the radio shows, newspapers, etc. He's never done this for a starting qb before, let alone his number 2. Bill's eyes lit up when he was talking about him in the BS show this week. Is Bill torturing Wildcat fans everywhere on purpose?

another weird thing is that daniel whips ass on the football field while the other QB is medium pud.

I really wanted Marshall more than Waters because I thought he fit Bill's system better. Everyone on the board had me convinced Waters was some kind of stud, too, though.

Yep the "competition" was over a long time ago. This thread should be re-titled SAMS vs schemes competition

yeah, I  wish we could sign a HS  dual  threat qb  every year  and  really commit to what has worked.

yeah, I  wish we could sign a HS  dual  threat qb  every year  and  really commit to what has worked.

We really needed a juco guy last year, though, because a high school guy who can step in and perform as a true freshman is pretty rare.

And right around 5:41:30, he says he doesn't really consider Sams a #2 right now (after the UMass game), so maybe the dementia had worn off by then.

Maybe Jake is blackmailing the coaching staff with some inappropriate recruiting tactics we used...  and holding everyone hostage telling snyder if he doesn't start, he's going to the NCAA.

 Who recruited Waters?  Could explain Snyder's bitterness towards not playing Sams as much - If some jack ass recruiter promised Jake the starting job.  Maybe they won't let Sams throw because then it would be obvious he should be the starter...
