So I'm looking at Lunardi's latest projections, along with the actual stats of the current 3 and 4 seeds, and we've either got to win tonight or get a lot of help from other teams to snag a 3 seed.

Of those 8 teams, our RPI is second to last, our SOS is last, our wins against top 25 is tied for last, our wins against top 50 is tied for second to last...

At the very least, Florida, Syracuse, New Mexico, Michigan State, and probably even Marquette all have better resumes. Add Wisconsin to the list if they beat Indiana, which they currently are.

In short, we need a win today for a 3. That rough ridin' blows. Our SOS/RPI is "killing" us.

I currently project them in the "last 4 in" but I place a lot of emphasis on terrible, atrocious, just God awful losses.

As of right now i think the last 1 seed is between Ku and Duke.    I said duke was my best 2 seed in above thread but i almost think i should have them still as the last 1 seed and KU as best 2.    If KU wins tonight, it is gonna be a tough call who gets the 1.  Almost think they should put both of them together in same region (a 1-2 in the South lets say) 

Before duke's loss to Maryland, Lunardi had Duke as overall #1 seed.    Dont always agree with him but i thought the same.

They were i believe 18-0 with Ryan Kelly before that loss to Maryland. 

Indiana despite losing to Wiscy is still a 1 seed IMO.

Sorry guys, 3 seed not looking good.  NM wins MWC tourney. Ohio St beat Sparty. Cuse are up 13 at half

If Cuse hangs on and beats Lville, then i think we are more likely a 4 right now

Crunch all the numbers early tommorrow,  but a Cuse win and IMO
Last two 3 seeds=  Cuse and Mich St
Best two 4 seeds = Kstate and Mich

Fla winning tommorrow just locks up their 3.   They have a shot at a 2 if they beat Ole Miss
N Mexico has locked up a 3 seed as well.
