LSU coaches putting up a sign telling NFL types that certain players don't have a good work ethic was awesome.  I mean not for them or anything, but just in general

The Chiefs (and Jamarcus Russell) are living proof that LSU players suck in the pros.

LaRon Landry is the only really good LSU player currently in the NFL that comes to mind.  Trindon Holliday is a good return man.

Patrick Peterson (Patterson?)

Forgot about him, so make that two really good current LSU players and a good returner.  Still, for a school like LSU, that seems awfully low.

I think non-Chiefs fans would probably say Bowe is.

Bowe is arguably the best pro from the Mad Hatter era of LSU football.  I am not sure what this says about Les Miles.

Guys leaving for the draft early

"@PaulMyerberg: 73 players with eligibility remaining have declared for the draft. 32 are from the SEC (44%). 11 are from LSU alone, counting Mathieu (15%)."

Could you imagine losing 11 guys EARLY to the draft?  Holy eff.

TCU's Stansly Maponga is joining teammate Josh Boyce in forgoing their senior seasons and entering the NFL draft, reports Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

This is great news. Also wish Calvin Barnett would go since he is going to be in jail a lot for his driving infractions and that would be less of an issue in the NFL.

That's a big blow to their d-line...and great for the rest of the Big XII. Him and Fields were dominant this year.

11 early has gotta mean something with Les, right?

Just means that he recruits a lot of really good players and sells them on an NFL future, so they want to start getting paid for playing football ASAP
