I'm giving it up for 30 days.   Today is only day two.  :frown:

30 biz days, right?  Surely weekends don't count?

Gonna power through 30 days, lose eight pounds and get ready for tank top season.   :driving:

you can lose 8 pounds in 30 days by cutting out one or two glasses of water a day.

How much can I lose if I cut out three glasses of double scotch a day?  TIA.

We'll have the answer to that question at the end of the 30 days.

I received a really nice Tequila from my boss for Christmas and I don't usually drink the stuff, unless I order a margarita at a restaurant. Besides obviously making margaritas with this premium Tequila, is there any other refreshing drinks I can make with this? I kinda want to try one during the game tonight. This has not been my day.

Just drink it straight (chilled).

I thought about that. Should I squeeze a lime and orange into it for some flavor?

You said it was a really nice tequila. Why would it need flavor?

Straight.  Tequila was originally a sipping drink until you white devils ruined it with your margaritas during Spring Break '72.

I was given a glass of sipping tequila that's in the big white bottle and enjoyed it.  Dangerous taste to develop though.

I've never been much of a tequilla guy, I don't know.  :dunno: I had a really good premium margaita before tho and it changed my life.

Came here to suggest this. Fantastic flavor. Twist of lime tops it off nicely for me.

The only anejo I've had is 1800, and tasted really interesting and was delicious. It's the cheaper brand for 100% agave tequila too. Was weird in a margarita though. What type of tequila does gin go with?

We did a pretty broad tequila tasting two weeks ago and Don Julio is the best anejo, imo.  It is incredibly smooth and delish.
